Aih, first time parent ni memang stress kan, a few of us joined hospital antenatal classes dulu, very helpful terutama untuk labour, breastfeeding basics, dan newborn care. Lepas tu ada apps and online courses jugak yang bagus, tapi honestly yang paling bermanfaat is asking mum friends around you sebab they share real experience, bukan textbook je, try check dengan hospital dekat you, most have free or cheap classes for expecting parents!
