Hi mama! Congrats on your first pregnancy! Okay so a few of us actually tried the free antenatal classes at government clinics, most of the klinik kesihatan in KL and Selangor offer them, and honestly it's quite comprehensive, covering labour, breathing techniques, breastfeeding basics, all that. You just need to register at your nearest clinic and ask about their schedule. Some mums in my circle also mentioned that private confinement centres sometimes offer antenatal classes (some free, some paid), and they can be quite hands-on with practical stuff like baby bathing and newborn care, which is helpful lah. My advice would be to start with the free government ones first since convenient, then top up with other classes if you want extra info on specific areas like breastfeeding or pain management!
