Skincare apa yang sesuai utk orang pregnant

Ohhh pregnant skincare is tricky kan, sebab banyak ingredient yang tak boleh pakai! Personally aku avoid anything with retinoids, salicylic acid, and benzoyl peroxide, I switched to a gentle cleanser and lightweight moisturizer je, pastu kena extra sunscreen (pregnancy glow is real tapi pigmentation also real, hihi). A few of my mum friends swear by Mama's Choice Face Wash and Face Moisturiser because they're actually made to be pregnancy-safe so no worry-worry, and one of them tambah their Face Serum for the extra glow, really works without the scary ingredients. Best is to ask your gynae what they approve for your specific skin type, especially if you have acne-prone skin macam one of my friends, sebab everyone's pregnancy skin is different!
