Honestly some mums also ask their confinement lady or doula recommendations because they usually tahu mana yang bagus and complete, atau kalau ada family yang buat pantang-pantang barang dulu, boleh tanya depa jugak. The key is make sure includes heating pads, belly wraps, minyak urut yang safe for postpartum, dan foods yang appropriate untuk recovery, banyak pilihan sekarang alhamdulillah!
