Sya cut carbo and sweets. Hanya mkn wholemeal bread, buah tomatoes, chicken breast, susu dutchlady biasa or low fat,.. No potatoes.. buah yg manis pun sya cut habis.. hanya mkn buah apple hijau or jambu batu.. snacks pula sya mkn 2keping bread with peanut butter & milk.. Or biskut jacobs & susu
kalau pegi kk doc akn bg template menu utk gdm.. mkn berat 3 kali n snacking 3 kali sehari. mkn berat pun ade sukatan dia mcm diet sukusukuseparuh. sy follow yg tu skrg ni n cuba tukar kpd beras basmathi. minum air kosong or susu low fat je.
Ada my mom’s friend, malay muslim teringin Bah Kut Teh masa preggy. Tapi husb dia tukar dengan ayam yg rasa ala ala Bah Kut Teh, and convince her its Bah Kut Teh 😂
