Susu ibu + susu formula

Boleh je campur, banyak mummies do this, yang penting pastikan botol dan feeding equipment semua clean and sterilised properly. A few of us tried combining breastmilk and formula in the same bottle or feed, and babies usually fine je, especially kalau kena mixed feeding situation (balik kerja, supply issue, whatever). Tapi kalau baby punya sensitive tummy or ada concerns, better check with your paediatrician or lactation consultant first, sebab setiap baby beda, some digest it perfectly, some mungkin colic or tummy upset lah. The main thing is consistency and making sure both sources are handled hygienically, otherwise feeding mixed is very normal and realistic for most working mums here!
