ang taas. dapat may maintenance na po kayo sa hb kasi pwede pang tumaas yan sa 2nd to 3rd tri. kasi ako nadetect na may gestational hypertension and pabago bago bp ko minsan mataas minsan mababa. though 140/90 pinakamataas ko so far. pero niresetahan na agad ako ng methyldopa. anyway, iwas daw sa matamis at maalat. more water at least 3liter a day. also, iwas sa stress para di rin tumaas bp. eat more fruits and green veggies. bawas sa rice as well or no rice at all. also lakad lakad if di maselan ang pregnancy. dagdag ko na rin pala mag pa urinalysis na rin kayo to know if may protein na ba sa wiwi. para maagapan if may kidney damage na ba dahil sa sobra taas ng bp
