My toddler fell off the bed and hit his head.

No bleeding but got bump. Do you all monitor at home or bring to urgent care?

I monitored at home first for a few hours. Watch if he vomit, become very sleepy or behave differently. If any of those happen then I bring to urgent care straight away. Otherwise can observe at home and give comfort
