Black Chicken Herbal Soup & EYS bird nest with ginseng

Is it black chicken herbal soup safe for 3rd trimester? Eu Yan Sang bird nest with ginseng stated safe to drink during pregnancy. But it's confusing when ginseng was consider unsafe for pregnancy. Any advise?#1stimemom #firstbaby #advicepls #pregnancy #herbs #tcm

My gynae told me to avoid since trim 1. ginseng is forbidden food in her guide. my friend gave me EYS essence w ginseng too and it indicated safe for preg (I will drink after giving birth instead). I just follow my gyane, no harm playing safe :)
