My OB is a gentle birth advocate and as much as possible she wants her patients to deliver via NSD unless necessary ang CS or the mom chooses na magpa cs herself. If you want to educate yourself, then you can read more about gentle birth practices, but if not then that's fine kasi what you know is the traditional practice of most doctors here in the PH. :)
