Opk positif atau tidak? Ada tak yang opk sentiasa positif mksd selang2 cek positif?

Eh ada lah, a few of us dalam mom group pernah experience OPK yang positive selang-selang, biasanya surge hormonal yang naik turun before ovulation happens, so jangan kecil hati kalau nampak positif then negative lagi, tu normal! Kalau OPK dah positive, means LH surge is happening, so best time untuk BD is same day or next day pa, sebab ovulation usually follows within 12-36 hours after surge, timing tu crucial for best chances. Kalau you're doing multiple OPKs sehari, try morning and afternoon test untuk catch the surge better, and one of my friends swear by doing it consistent time setiap hari untuk accurate reading.
