Waalaikumassalam sis! Alhamdulillah ada heartbeat tu memang good sign tu, jangan risau sangat dulu okay. A few of my mum friends actually went through similar situations with blood clots or cysts in early pregnancy, and most of them turned out fine, the baby continued growing normally. Doctor nak scan balik minggu depan tu bagus, kena monitor je to make sure everything's progressing well, so just follow up as advised lah and try not to stress yourself too much (I know, easier said than done hehe).
