Inform bos pasal pregnancy

I planned to hide the pregnancy from colleague till 3 months.. tp tak dpt, 2 months pregnancy dh bgtau bos.. dsebabkan alahan, bnyk cuti diambil, plus my assistant pun baru tender resigned.. trpaksa sy bg tahu bos that I will be taken on leave frequent.. so at least dia tahu and able to manage manpower accordingly..because his plan is easier which I will take over the asst job scope till they hired new staff..knowing the company style even nak hire one staff pun hold till almost 1 yr, so I just being transparent to them..

Boss tkde hak nk bagitahu colleagues that’s our privacy. I masa tahu pregnant tuh dah 2 bulan so i terus inform team leader n manager utk diorg tahu saya asik cuti nnt. Tp dah lama2 baru i bagitahu sendiri colleagues supaya diorg tahu work flow nnt

Me after 12 weeks. If you need support from boss utk dapatkan leave etc, boleh bagitau awal. Atau mual teruk, cannot hide it ady.

I informed my manager and HR at 14 weeks sebab time tu dah buka buku pink and akan start monthly check ups.

Bagitau je cepat2.. nanti kalau boss x tau die kate awk malas keje pulak bila awk da start x larat

sya masuk 28 mggu baru bos dpt tahu sya pregnant.. sya sendiri pun tak dpt tahu yg sya pregnant

bila dah buka buku & kena checkup every 2 weeks.
