This is my second pregnancy. At week 5 dah start dgn mual..any tips on how to reduce the symp..? 🙏

Pregnancy symptoms

Aiyoh, week 5 and the nausea is already here, that's quite early, but not uncommon in second pregnancies sometimes! Try eating small, frequent meals (even just crackers or plain rice) before you feel too hungry, stay hydrated with small sips, and ginger tea or sweets can help some mummies. Wishing you all the best with this pregnancy, and do check with your gynae if it gets really bad ya.

Eh, normal je sis, tu Braxton Hicks contractions, practice contractions yang perut jadi keras sesekali, ramai pregnant mums kena especially masa trimester ketiga macam you sekarang. A few of my mum friends cerita yang they mulai rasa from 20+ weeks onwards, so 26 weeks perfectly normal lah, but kalau dia sakit betul-betul or ada bleeding, or contractions jadi regular dan frequent, better check with your doctor ya, just to be safe!
