Aiyoh, I totally understand your worry lah! Without seeing the scan or knowing what you saw that made you concerned, it's really hard for me to say, ultrasound can be tricky sometimes, especially if the angle wasn't clear or baby was positioned funny. Your best bet is to ask your sonographer directly during the next scan, or if you're really unsure, get a second opinion from another clinic, sebab they can explain it properly while looking at the actual images.
