Is it better for hubby to take paternity leave during confinement month with nanny around, or for him to take after nanny leaves which is second month onwards?
Thought at least if he takes on second month he will be able to help out me at home with baby.. but also means I have to teach him most baby caring things as he won't be around much on first month to learn to nanny.
