My supply is adequate. I fully latch my baby and have some spare if I do pump. 1. Stress and milk supply have an inverse relationship. 2. Australian Milo, Magnolia Oats Plus Milk, rolled oats, salmon sashimi are my milk boosters. 3. Drink more liquids. 4. Have plenty of protein and vegetables in your diet. I produced the most milk when I was still eating my confinement food. Each meal had fish, chicken and pork, soup and vegetables. 5. Believe that you will definitely have enough to produce. Mind over matter.

I had low supply but this what I did to help boost supply. 1) fenugreek 2) lots of warm water 3) red dates! 4) incorporating chia seeds 5) less stress!
