Eh sis, I'm not too sure about HSB's exact pricing for second class C-section lah, it changes quite a bit depending on which branch and whether got any complications or not. Best thing is call HSB directly or go to their website, because pricing can be different from what I heard from friends last year, you know how it is! But from what a few of us tried, second class is usually more affordable than private class while still decent, so worth checking with them straight away
