No ice, no cold food and drinks. I ate chinese herbal soup to.recover my uterus post misscarriage and took chinese medicine. No beansprout. Thats about it that I remember

My husband's family told me not to eat any fruits for at least 2 weeks as most of them are "cold". And if possible, avoid to climb stairs and go outside too much. As misscarriage is like delivering, yes, the baby was small, but your body goes the same procedure. So take care and stay away from cold food and drinks.
