then, probably sis boleh buat tips ni juga:
1. buat 3x makanan utama 2x snack time. sesambil ank mkn sendiri, kita suap juga utk make sure makanan masuk mulut dia.
2. umur 10 bulan, sis dah boleh cuba masukkan cheese, unsalted butter, full cream milk dlm masakan bby. ank sy dulu umur mcmni suka sgt mkn pasta carbonara.
3. intro whole fat yogurt. pisang, sweet potato & roti telur sy potong buat mcm finger food waktu snack time bby.
*telur ni ank sis kena pass mkn dulu ya (refer gambar cara intro telur). if ada alergi, stop bagi telur tunggu umur ank 1 tahun ke atas baru cuba intro semula.
4. boleh continue titiskan minyak kelapa sawit/evoo dlm makanan bby
5. continue breastfeed at least 15min utk bby dapat minum hindmilk tu.
