Did you mop the floor when 21 weeks pregnant or 2nd trimester?

No bending. Just mop floor with a mop stick.

Listen to your body. It’s good to remain active and mobile. At the same time, it’s normal to get tired more easily/quickly. May have to take rests/breaks in between, may take a longer time to complete the same task.

Sometimes I still mop the floor, using the mop stick. But most of the time I just sweep using the magic clean kind of sweeper, easier and no need to bend much. And sweep slowly, no big movements 🙂

Yes, good to be active during pregnancy. But ultimately, listen to your body ya!
