carpal tunnel

Been having pins and needles at the tip of my fingers. Think its carpal tunnel but gynea keel saying its normal. Kindda affecting my daily activities. Any idea how to ease the pain ?

SAME. Sigh. I soaked my hands in cold water. Nope, didn't help🤣😂 my rings don't fit anymore. And my fingers can literally "jam" sigh
