Mama, I know this is scary, but please message your OB right away or go to the clinic/emergency if the bleeding gets heavier or you feel dizzy, okay? Spotting in early pregnancy can happen, pero since you're already on meds, your doctor needs to know the color changes and how it's going.
The pain sa back and breasts ay common in early pregnancy, but paired with the bleeding, you really need to check in with your OB to make sure everything's okay. A few of us mums went through similar scares early on, and it helped so much just to get reassured by the doctor directly, they can actually see what's happening.
