Sweet over savoury

Been having appetite only for food like bread, burger or waffles and not rice or noodles... is this healthy. #firsttrimesterhere

Agree with the other mummy. Focus on adding more nutritious items to your bread and burgers. Eg more variety of veggies, good protein like chicken breast. No need to force yourself to eat rice or noodles if you don't have an appetite for them.
