Headaches
Been getting bad headaches lately. Almost 13 weeks now. Is there any other things that i can do apart from taking panadols ?

I use ice pack. I bought one in watson. The one that you can heat or put in fridge.

Did you sleep enough? Try to relax and maybe can put some cold compression
Avoid heaty food and drink more water and fruits
Sleep and rest more
