Kicks or muscles?

Been feeling little kicks below my belly and I am at my 18th week. Could it be really kicks or just my muscles expanding?

Thank you! A first time mummy so I didnt know what to expect. Some say that I will feel kicks a little later after 20 weeks but I guess I am lucky :)
