Possibly braxton hicks which is normal. Contractions is more painful and intense and will not go away no matter what you do.
probably baby head down pressing ...n yes brixton hicks ... contraction regularly and will get intense from time to time .
Cud be braxton hicks. It comes n go. Contraction pain will get stronger n closer in time..
