Any tips on managing nausea?

Been experiencing very bad nausea for the past few days and it's hard to keep food down. Milk may be one of the trigger foods but I am just guessing. Any ladies with remedies or tips to better manage the nausea as once it happens, I am out of action for the whole day. Sometimes sleeping helps, sometimes sour juices help. I have to WFH and I can't be sleeping as and when I like so I need some help to manage it.

I managed with sour foods. Candies or anything. I won't feast on them but I took it when needed.
