Been experiencing very bad nausea for the past few days and it's hard to keep food down. Milk may be one of the trigger foods but I am just guessing.
Any ladies with remedies or tips to better manage the nausea as once it happens, I am out of action for the whole day. Sometimes sleeping helps, sometimes sour juices help. I have to WFH and I can't be sleeping as and when I like so I need some help to manage it.
