Miscarried

Just been to my check up and told by the doctor no fetal heartbeat... My heart is shattered... Pls help... I dun know how am I going to cope 😭😭😭 Been given a copy of my baby's last sonogram photo and I cannot stop crying staring at it 😭😭😭
