Just Mums

Feels hot after delivery

Hello! It's been about 9 months post partum but i'm consistently feeling warm, with body temp hovering around 37.1-37.3, sometimes it goes up to 37.5 after i eat or shower with hot water. Is there any way to cope with it? Is it "bu" too much during confinement or eat too overly heaty food? I crave for ice cold drinks now... :( please share if you have tips to cope!#advicepls

I usually sponge myself with cold water when I feel too hot.
