Tummy Fat

Its been 5 years and i feel like my weight is not going down. Any suggestion how to get rid of my tummy fat. Y is it so hard? My original weight is 52kg. Now after i give birth is still 68kg.

Input should be less than output. But to reduce and maintain, key word should be consistent. Must be consistent in ur routines and calorie intakes.
