Milk supply

It's been 4 months now and i am still breastfeeding. Recently i feel that my milk supply is decreasing, i don't feel engorged, my breasts seems to feel soft and 'empty', whenever i pump the output is little. Anyone experience this before? Any ways to maintain supply?

Ypur milk supply is most likely regulated by now, that's why you don't feel engorged. Some mummies don't respond well to pump. Habe you tried massaging before pumping? Or try hand express
