My 3-year-old returns from school at 6:30 PM, followed by dinner and some screen time until around 7:00-7:15 PM. After that, we wash up and have playtime or do activities until 9:00 PM. She picks out her books for storytime while having her milk, and once both are done, she usually falls asleep by 9:30 PM, though sometimes it can be as late as 9:45-10:00 PM
Frankly speaking all kids have their own sleep timing. Doesn't mean one kid can sleep at 8pm means the other also must follow. As long as your child wakes up without being too cranky and tired then it's fine.
need to set routine. 830pm the child need to sleep. use sleep balms, white noise, make yr room dark.
Why can’t you as the parent, decides on this?
Most important is to have a daily fix routine
to be honest, not strict on sleeping timings
