Delivery bag to pack

Because I will be purchasing my own items for post partum use instead of using those from KKH, what should I prepare or bring along? Wouldn't want to Over purchase... ie, what are the consumables in KKH that I can prepare in advance?

I bring my own disposable panties, maternity pad, cool pad (if you have stitches and needed to put it on your swollen vagina), toiletries (unless you are okay to use the shampoo/soap from the toilet), towel (they usually provide with gown). Lastly, disposable blue underpad if you do not want to use hospital items. Other than that will be just you and baby home clothes.
