Oh mama, jangan terlalu risau ya, you're already doing so well by nursing every 1-2 hours, that's exactly the right thing to do. One thing that's often overlooked though is the latch and positioning, even if baby is feeding frequently, if the latch isn't deep enough, baby may not be getting enough hindmilk, so it's worth getting a lactation consultant to check just to be sure. Also, do monitor baby's wet diapers closely, if baby is producing at least 6-8 wet diapers a day, that's a good sign the bilirubin is being flushed out through the urine. Since baby is already day 18 and still showing 1++, it's really best to follow closely with your paediatrician or a specialist who can properly assess whether this is breastmilk jaundice or something else that needs closer attention, please don't rely solely on home tips for this one, sayang. Sending you and your little one lots of love and strength.
