My bby fall down from the bed and got bruises 5 months

Hi my bby fall down from the bed and got abit of bump I felt like the worse mum I help my mum to get smth n end up she fall from the bed and is awhile only what should I do

I have the same anxiety everyday that's why I never leave my daughter unattended on my bed. Leave her inside her cot if you have to. Also see a doctor to see if she has any fractures.
