No poop for 5 days

My bb just turn 4 months, he poop once every 5-7 days. Is this normal? He takes Nan optipro, drinks well and pee a lot. But no poop.

I would say so, cause my baby’s no poop record is 5 days. PD reception told me that the max is 2 weeks 😑
