Since your baby is on day 4 of 7, mungkin it'll settle down once the course is done, tapi definitely check dengan your paediatrician if the poop becomes watery-watery or if baby looks dehydrated (dry mouth, fewer wet nappies). A few of my mum friends' babies went through the same thing, and their doctors just monitored closely and reassured them it's normal, some even recommended probiotics after the antibiotics to help restore the good bacteria, tapi kena tanya doctor dulu lah. Jangan worry sangat, but do keep your doctor in the loop about how baby's pooing, especially since baby is dealing with the jaundice and UTI already.
