Eh, this one you really need to check with the paediatrician or clinic ASAP, ya, even though baby is 20 days, eye discharge that lasts from day 7 onwards needs proper checking to rule out infection. Better safe than sorry with newborn mata! A few of us mums had similar situations, and turns out it was just blocked tear duct or mild conjunctivitis, both manageable once the doc confirms, but you really can't tell at home. Call your clinic tomorrow or swing by, they can check in 5 minutes lang.
