Wa'alaikum assalam! 4 kali sehari untuk baby 5 bulan yang fully breastfed actually normal je, mommy, especially if the poop looks normal (yellowish, seedy texture) and baby seems happy and gaining weight okay. A few of my mum friends' babies pun macam tu at that age, so don't worry lah. Just keep an eye on if baby becomes fussy, ada signs of dehydration, or the poop changes colour/consistency, kalau ada anything off, better check with your doc just to be safe, but honestly sounds like your little one is doing fine!
