Nursing Strike, ada ke sesiapa yg anak pernah mengalami nursing strike. Bagamana cara atasi ya.

Ohhh nursing strike memang stressful jugak! A few of my mum friends went through this, one said her baby suddenly refused nak latch around 4 months, turned out teething lah, another punya anak kena ear infection. Usually best to check with your doctor first to rule out any medical issues macam thrush, tongue tie, or infection, sebab sometimes itu aje penyebabnya. In the meantime, a few of us try staying calm (easier said than done lah!), offer nursing in different positions or settings yang calm, and some expressed milk in a bottle so baby still getting fed while you figure out what's triggering the strike. Hang in there, most babies get over it within a few days to a week or so. You're doing great, first-time mum worries are real!
