I really feel you on this, it's so stressful when you've been going to the same trusted TCM for years and suddenly they're not there anymore. I'm not sure what happened to that particular clinic lah, I haven't heard anything specific about them. Maybe try calling the shopfront directly or asking the neighbours around Marine Parade if they know anything. Sometimes these older practitioners do retire quietly without much announcement, so hopefully someone in the area can give you a clearer answer.
