It's part of pregnancy and not all pregnancy are the same. Some can have sickness until 9 months amd some may have no sickness at all. You can try having crackers in the morning when you wake up. When you feel sick you can have ice chips, popsicle, ice candy or even ice cream. Have frequent small meals for the entire day like every 2-3 hours. Avoid food with high acid content even fruits. I highly recommend bananas and watermelon. They keep you energized and hydrated plus very low acid content. Have some ginger candy or lemon candy available as well. Your OB would also recommend Vit. B complex. Pray that you would be well soon and continue to have a healthy pregnancy.
