STRH (San Lazaro Hospital, I think?) ay government hospital, kaya ang process ay usually kailangan mo munang mag-register sa OB clinic nila para ma-assess ka, best thing is to call them directly para malaman mo ang exact steps at kung may online registration na sila ngayon, kasi nag-upgrade na ng systems ang mga government hospitals lately. One of my friends gave birth there last year and sabi niya ang staff ay napaka-helpful, pero priority talaga na makuha mo ang OB referral mo first bago ka mag-proceed.
