I'm not sure exactly kung magkano sa Lourdes since prices kasi vary, but from what I know most hospitals charge anywhere from 800-2000 pesos for G6PD confirmatory tests, better to call their lab directly para sa exact quote, they're usually super helpful on the phone! One of my mum friends did it there last year and she said to ask if may discounts pa sila or if pwedeng installment, some hospitals are flexible talaga lalo na pang-health ng bata.
