Try Kidzania or Kidzoona! My niece loves those places. They're pretty educational too. Mind Museum is also a great place to bring kids since some displays are interactive.
You can check Jumpyard (http://jumpyard.ph/) in Pasig. For sure your boys will enjoy jumping.
