Hmm, nosebleeds yang lama macam tu memang payah, but it could be a few things, panas dalam, hormone changes masa pregnant, or dry air from the heat. A few of my mum friends had the same thing, and most of them kena check dengan doctor sebab kena tahu kalau ada other issues macam blood pressure atau hemoglobin levels yang turun. Better safe than sorry lah, especially since you're 7 months now, best to mention it to your gynae or doctor on your next visit so they can check properly.
