Bad news.. My hb drop to 9.8 only... Any advise pls.. ?

double check on how u take your iron booster. 1. take the vitamins given while your tummy is empty. after 2 hours,u can start eating. 2. Gap 4 hours with any dairy milk. 3. Consume more spinach, chicken liver, guava and avoid caffein. 💜 Example for you to have your iron booster (u can choose 1): 1. Wake up at 5 am to take the vitamins and continue sleeps. once u wake up, u can have your breakfast. 2. Stop eating at 8 pm. on 10 pm, u can have your vitamins n then have a nice sleep.
