So SOOO normal! Im experiencing them too. Get yourself a pregnancy ball, so pelvic tilts, hip circled and light stretches on it. work wonders!!

Yes normal. Maybe you can do some light stretching or pre natal yoga to stretch. Just Google or watch on YouTube
