This is normal since mummies is also carrying the baby.. do get some rest and do not force urself too much. Any long bolster/pregnancy pillow and put it behind ur back to support. Do it before u go to bed or just resting. Just make sure u have some support behind you.This really helps me during my pregnancy.

i had it too.. the pain is on the left side near my tail bone. gynae said it means that i sit for too long. so she recommended to get up for a walk every 1 hr. dont worry, the pain only lasts for 3 to 4 days and it will go away

Im also having the same issue bt on the right. I did ask gynae abt it and she say most probably its just muscle. As baby is growing
